Two-phased training for comprehensive impact

Our approach was divided into two critical phases. In the first phase, we developed and delivered a foundational training workshop that was given to everyone in the company. This initial training was designed to set the tone, build awareness, and secure buy-in from all levels within the organization. In the second phase, we rolled out tailored training programs and skills workshops that were specific to the advertising industry. These included modules on visual representation , inclusive language (writing), humor, unconscious bias and initiating tough conversations, among others.
